Violence Prevention
Building trusted relationships, mediating conflicts, and connecting residents with resources before violence occurs.
We Are Not The Same.
Change For Change is more than a nonprofit. It is a movement dedicated to reducing violence, creating opportunity, and investing in the people and neighborhoods that have been overlooked for far too long.

About Us
Hope alone isn't enough. People deserve something they can hold onto.
At Change For Change, we believe lasting change begins with people. Our mission is to empower individuals and strengthen communities through violence prevention, mentorship, workforce development, education, wellness, and economic opportunity.
We meet people where they are, providing real resources, real relationships, and real pathways to success. Whether it is helping young people discover their purpose, supporting families through difficult times, or creating opportunities for local entrepreneurs, we are committed to building safer, stronger communities.
Anybody can post a black square. We stack ours into something that lasts.
The Foundation
To transform communities by connecting people with resources, opportunities, and support that create lasting change while reducing violence and increasing economic mobility.
A future where every neighborhood is safe, every young person has opportunity, every family has hope backed by action, and every community has the resources it needs to thrive.
What We Do
For too long, communities have been promised hope without opportunity. We pair hope with action, measurable impact across six fronts.
Building trusted relationships, mediating conflicts, and connecting residents with resources before violence occurs.
Mentoring the next generation through leadership, education, entrepreneurship, sports, and life skills.
Providing job readiness, certifications, career pathways, and real employment opportunities.
Organizing events, neighborhood cleanups, food distributions, wellness initiatives, and community building.
Helping entrepreneurs launch, grow, and sustain businesses that create jobs and strengthen local economies.
Connecting families with emergency assistance, housing resources, health services, and community partners.
Impact
Together we are building communities where people don't just survive, they thrive.
