BLK Squares Change for Change ("Change 4 Change")

1. Our commitment

Change 4 Change serves and employs people of every background. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, ethnicity, national origin, ancestry, religion or creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital or familial status, military or veteran status, arrest or conviction record (to the extent protected by law), or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.

2. Who this applies to

This policy applies to program participants, employees, volunteers, board and advisory members, vendors, and partners, and to every program and activity the organization runs.

3. Programs and religion

Participation in any Change 4 Change program is open to everyone and is never conditioned on a person's religious belief, practice, or participation in religious activity.

4. Raising a concern

Anyone who believes this policy has been violated may raise a concern with the Board Chairperson at info@blksquareschangeforchange.org, or with any other member of the Board of Directors. Concerns will be reviewed promptly and fairly. Change 4 Change does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
